Together with the other members of the healthcare team, you will provide a high level of nursing care to our residents. Key responsibilities include: · Supervise and assist in the development of other team members. · Coordinate the delivery of services between doctors, rehab, and family members. · Oversee resident medication services. · Assist with family and resident concerns · Assist with admissions as needed · Perform responsibilities of charge nurse as needed · Occasional on call duties   We seek the following qualifications: · Two years relative supervisory experience. · RN preferred but will consider LPN's with experience · Exceptional leadership qualities to include excellent communication skills. · Long Term Care experience a must. · Solid ability to interact and build relationships with older adults. · Strong organizational and analytical skills. · Strong team building and mentoring skills.
