|  We had been using the Lexington Herald Leader classifieds for years. I was skeptical when I started using the Job News. Even after the first week or two, I had no reason to be impressed; but after that first two weeks, the responses were, and have continued to be, better than any other form of recruiting that we have ever used. Not only have the responses come in big numbers, but we have been able to hire more of the applicants because they have been more suited to what we were looking for.
Now, I'm glad to say that the Job News is my only form of recruiting advertising, and I'll be sticking with them. Believe me, no matter what job you need to recruit for the Job News will do the best job for you. Ken Shackelford
